This Flat Roof Solar Mounting System is designed for concrete flat roofs and metal/steel deck roofs. It uses ballasted, non-penetrating mounting to secure PV modules in portrait or landscape orientation.
The system accommodates modules measuring 1650–2384 mm × 990–1303 mm (standard framed/frameless module range), with frame thicknesses of 30–50 mm. Available mounting angles are 0°–60°, fixed or adjustable. The main structure is made from AL6005-T5 aluminum alloy and SUS304 stainless steel with hot-dip galvanizing (≥80 μm) on steel parts and anodizing (≥10 μm) on aluminum parts.
The support feet are made from AL6005-T5 material and are delivered at the highest level of pre-assembly, ready to be deployed on site. Optimized by experienced engineers, the design can be supplied with different joints to suit different site conditions. lt is available with either ground screw or concrete foundations, and allows for variable inclinations and heights, giving greater flexibility in plant design.
